In this series we follow Scottish interior designers Colin & Justin as they attempt to transform the tired, old-fashioned decor of a rundown hotel, into a high-end boutique destination.

In this first episode of this new series, they leave their city life in Toronto for the wilds of the Eastern Seaboard to follow Justin's dream of becoming hoteliers for the first time in their lives.

Their next big project is to turn the old laundry building into two luxury suites. After deliberating whether to do it, they take the plunge.

With their "chaotic" management style, builders Geoff and Joe are being pulled from pillar to post, to get everything ready for the opening, and the cracks are emerging.

With weeks to go, lots of the twenty-two guest suites are still being decorated and having furnishings installed. But Colin and Justin with their plates full, decide to take on new last minutes projects.
