Dogs Behaving Badly

Dogs are the UK’s favourite pet but with many owners battling with their boisterous hounds, there’s one man willing to take on the task of taming them. Master dog trainer Graeme Hall believes there’s no such thing as a naughty dog - just owners needing help to regain control of their canines.

    Graeme travels across the country to help three families with three very different dog problems, who are all in desperate need of his help. Graeme’s first port of call is in Surry, he meets Teddy and Fudge two super strength Labradors that are putting their owner at serious risk of injury. Six years ago, Mum Allana had a major back operation and was advised to stay active.

    Graeme’s skill is pushed to the limit. His first test is taking on an aggressive Collie in Sheffield. The family got Bella to help them settle into a new home when they moved from Essex to Sheffield but Bella’s aggression to strangers is so extreme she’s become the neighbourhood nightmare, friends can’t come around and she can’t go out in public without Bella going on the attack.

    This week Graeme’s on a mission to help restore harmony in three more desperate dog owner’s homes. His first stop is East Sussex, where Andria Birchmore and her family are struggling with their rescued puppy Diego - a Rottweiler Rhodesian Ridgeback cross.

His first port of call is to the Welsh Valleys to help owner Laura with her Pug cross Dolly whose got an appetite for destruction. When this little dog is left home alone she goes on the rampage - destroying furniture, flooring, and anything else in her path and it’s costing her owner thousands.

    Graeme tackles Rome - an out of control 71 kilo Great Dane from South Shields who intimidates all in his path, in Weymouth Addie - a jealous Poodle who hates his owner’s boyfriend and attacks him on sight, Gus - an escape artist Labrador who can open any doors and steals food from the oven in Warrington and over in Liverpool, Dexter - a raging Westie and Winston - a battling Bull Dog, who have waged war over territory.
