Efficiently squeezing the cooking process even further, each half-hour episode will offer two, exciting family meals back to back. In addition, Jamie has focused on reducing the calorie content of the dishes so that the viewer can confidently serve a nutritionally balanced meal to their family every day of the week. The ambition of the show is to inspire and excite the viewer and show them just what they can achieve in a little amount of time, with a few clever ideas.
