    Rick goes to Vancouver’s Stanley Park to join Mermaids International, which means wearing a tail and learning how to swim like a merman. Next he turns up in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario where he flies a tiny two-person open-air gyroplane.

    Rick is in St. John's, NFLD where he helps feed and care for seals housed at Memorial University's Ocean Sciences Centre and then he heads to Toronto for North America's largest Polish festival where he learns traditional dances and samples the food.

    Tonight Rick goes to Haida Gwaii in British Columbia and tours lush Gwaii Haanas National Park where he checks out ancient totem pole ruins, tries his hand at traditional fishing techniques, and samples Haida cuisine.

    Rick goes to the "most haunted place in Canada" - Fort Henry, in Kingston, Ontario and gets into the Halloween spirit at their yearly "Fort Fright" and then he's off to Haida Gwaii, BC to learn traditional wood-carving techniques.

    Rick is in Kamloops, BC to join the BC Search Dog Association's training programme and rescue practice, then he heads to Morden, Manitoba to partake in festivities at the annual Morden Corn and Apple Festival.

    Tonight Rick is in Revelstoke, BC for a paragliding adventure over the mountains, and then he's in Toronto helping a charitable organization build and distribute ramps to make the city more accessible.

    Tonight Rick goes on a helicopter training mission with ORNGE - Ontario's air ambulance brigade - and then he's off to Kitchener-Waterloo, ON where he trains with a bike polo team followed by a competition.

    Rick is in Ottawa with a society dedicated to recreating the medieval world, so he dons armour and goes into battle at their "Feast of the Hare." Then he gets a lesson in cheese making, and helps judge the finished products at a renowned cheese show in Belleville, Ontario.

    Rick is in Regina where he learns how to play the Canadian sport broomball, and then joins in at the Broomball World Championships. He also plays Santa at the annual Christmas pet show in Mississauga, Ontario.

    Tonight it's the Best of The Mercer Report 2016 with Rick caring for a polar bear cub at the Toronto Zoo and paragliding in B.C.

    Rick goes to Inuvik, NWT to join lively festivities at the annual Sunrise Festival marking the sun's return after a month-long absence and then he's off to Toronto's Westpark Heathcare Centre to learn how prosthetics are made and worn.

    Rick helps test and maintain the ice highway that runs between Inuvik and Tuktoyaktuk, NWT and then he's in Vaughan, ON checking out an indoor freestyle skiing and snowboarding facility.

    Rick is in Edmonton for the sub-zero Polar Plunge and then he spends a day on the job with the Edmonton Police Service.

    Rick participates in a "human bonspiel" with Jann Arden in Calgary, and then he's at the Toronto International Boat Show wakeboarding on the world's largest indoor lake.

    Rick is in Ottawa to try Ice Dragon Boat Racing with an all-female team, and then he heads to Parliament Hill to help build a temporary House of Commons as restoration begins.

    Rick visits the Canadian Police College in Ottawa where he joins officers learning new skills and then he heads to Toronto and hangs out with Jagmeet Singh, an Ontario MPP, who teaches him how to tie a turban.

    Rick tries out a self-driving car at the University of Waterloo and then he's off to Fernie, B.C. for the annual "Griz Days" winter festival.

    Rick goes to CFB Trenton, ON to join cadets training on a parachute tower, and then he's in Toronto checking out a Gentlemen's Expo.

    Rick goes to schools in Vancouver, Hamilton, Prince George, and Fort McMurray to celebrate the winners of his annual Spread The Net Student Challenge.
